Sinter plant

Following point to be observed while inspection of RAV 1.open the motor flange 2.Dismantle the gear box motor shaft covering with 2 nos of eccentric bearing RN 206 bearing and 1nos of 6304 bearing. Note   1.after installation all thing i.e gear box ,motor etc. Before electrical connection check the nde side of motor whether it is free rotating or not.  2. Bearing roller to be checked. 3. Check gasket fittings. Other pic during job

Weigh feeder checkpoints when drop test having error. 1. Alignment of carrying idler by line dori. 2. Check whether material stuck in C.I  3. Check plate which is connected to bunker.
